Refund Policy

It is important to us to provide quality service and reserve the most suitable time for you. Therefore, we operate according to the following policy:
Cancellation or postponement:
Notification of cancellation or postponement of the work date will be made in writing (WhatsApp or email) up to 72 hours before the start of the work.
Cancellation fees:
* Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the cost of the workday.
Cancellation on the working day itself will be charged in full (100%).
Deposits:
Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward future sessions at the owner's discretion.
Product refund:
If storage solutions were purchased for the customer, the refund will be subject to the return policy of the store from which they were purchased.
